After losing my 3lb of 7 for the 4 week challenge and getting SOW what did I do?
Went out on Friday intending to stick to 3 small glasses of wine and think I had double that.............was feeling so ropey yesterday I just ate junk and a chinese take away! :eek::eek::eek:

Hope I've not done too much damage - back on track today!

you are doing so well so best thing 2 do is just start from 2day again!!
in my last diet's thats happend 2 me but as long as u get bk on the wagon 2day i am sure u will have a lose this week!!

Hey dont worry too much about it just get back on track, i went out Sat night drank a full bottle of wine, had some chips then KFC Sunday!!! straight back on track today :)
