What are you doing to muck it up. Are you over your points by the afternoon??
 
are you maybe having to little points early on causing you to be hungrier later on?

Its really hard to get motivated. I think once you start seeing the weight loss or people start noticing and commenting can be the trigger to spur you on. I used to keep a picture of me that I really disliked and looked at it quite a lot which gave me great inspiration.
