1) Carb content of the bars are slightly higher and may take you out of ketosis if you overdo it;

2) May have a laxative effect.

oops didnt know its only meant to be 1 bar a day hahaha no wonder i only lost 3lbs last week (nothing to do with the HUGE meal I ate at the pub..hmmm) glad i now know though hopefully get a better result now!!
