Why you should ALWAYS check labels'

My mum was at Morrisons today and though shes not on a diet shes very aware of the sat fat and calorie content in meals and always checks them. One of her faves is Morrisons 'Italian Range' lasagnes.... 396 kcals and 4 sat fat.. She picked it up today and glanced at it when she saw the 'new recipe' sticker and to her horror the sat fat has jumped to 16!!!! :eek: Can you imagine what that would do for your points????

Just shows that no matter how well you THINK you know the points value of foods, ite always worth checking them - just incase
