Why is it that you can have 6 days of really sticking to the sw way and one day off, and its that one day that wins and makes you put on weight. i dont understand it. :(

Well how bad was ur day off lol?!

Unfortunately for sw to work consistently & well we need to keep to plan. I find if I stray for a day or 2 it really does have an effect.

    Good luck this week!!

Depends how bad that one day off is and when in the week. I've had 2 Fridays in a row where I've been for a blow out meal and loads of wine but because I weigh in on a Thursday morning i was able to turn it round and lost -3.5lb and -4lb

It all depends on so much, how close the day off is to wi, how bad the day off was etc. Its not a matter of it winning. A lot of the time it can be bloat caused by salty fatty foods and can have disappeared after a day or so. Youll probably have a good loss next week.

When i did ww i could have a day off plan and still lose but im not saying thats a good thing by any means! To me that showed me how little i was actually eating on ww!! I think that cos sw lets me eat so much more (and still lose weight) there is less margin for error. Not sure if that makes any sense at all.

Thing is you know now what will happen if you have a day off plan so you can decide if it is worth it next time. Personally i know if i have a night out off plan im not going to lose but im ok with that. I tend not to have those nights more than once a month now tho!

For me it all depends on when i have my blowout and how bad it is. I usually have a blowout on either thursday after weigh in or friday or saturday. I usually get a couple of days to sort myself out and if i have a bad blowout i will only tend to lose half a lb but if its not bad than around 2lbs x

As long as your sin free on your good days it shouldn't affect your weigh-ins really, provided your day off wasn't like some wild eating frenzy lmao
