Well guys, my pharmacist has made me a very happy girl tonight. after my first week refeed (after which my first meal was soup and wholegrain bread!) i have lost 1.8 lbs!!! After the comments from last week telling me that i shouldn't eat soup and bread on my first day, i was a bit worried, but it seems i didn't need to be, as i have not gained or stayed the same! From tomorrow I will be on 2 meals a day, and will stay this way until i go back onto TFR in january! Great result, I'm very pleased!!
