WI 5 today..

    ..& 5lbs off! its been constant TOTM since i started the diet which has been an absolute nightmare so i only lost 3lbs in the previous 2 weeks & its soooooo good to see the scales moving again!! that gives me a total of 25lbs overall - meaning im a quarter of the way through!!! :D:D:D

    aww thanks everyone! i have a feeling this week isn't going to be so great lol. STILL TOTM (just approaching 6wks now!! argh, its getting ridiculous) & its getting heavy again so ive put on 1lb.. trying to drink as much water as possible to keep me from retaining too much. Xx

    eugh, ive been soooo ill today.. ive lost 3lbs in the space of 12hrs because ive thrown up that much.. that'll teach me for moaning about the scales not moving this week! Xx
