    Well, I only lost 2lbs this week, was hoping for more, but i expected it to be low as is totm *hating mother nature right now*. Am looking forward to a nice big loss next week though!!

    A loss is a loss no matter how small. It is all going in the right direction and that is down,down,down. I guess we get impatient sometimes and want the bigger losses as it gives us a buzz. Well done and keep it up.

    totm always makes my weight go up by a few lbs so not looking forward to nxt wi.
