    he he he -6lbs so happy, that is an increase in water, and exercise 3 times and that was on the wii 30 mins at a time come on girls you can all manage it xxx

    3lt to 3.5 a day as the last 2 weeks I had only just been managing my 2lt :}

    Well done on your great loss I'm also using the wii fit plus what exercises do you do??:) I've built up to an hour three times a week I really enjoy it too:D

    Just started but loving the aerobics and yoga :} only at 30 mins at the mo that's all my poor shocked body can take :}
