WI Day Habbits

    If you WI later in the day, do you eat as normal, drink water / eat fruit, eat nothing??????

    Just curious. I eat normal but don't have dinner until after class. A friend starves all day. Don't know if I could do that!

    I have breakfast as normal, a light lunch then my last coffee and a yoghurt around 4pm - i weigh in at 7pm.


    Its a habit I have started and seem unable to break xx

    I'm a little psychotic about it - I get weighed about 6.30ish and I just have breakfast on the day... maybe somefruit at lunch but thats it...LOL, sure it makes no difference but I've always done it this way.

    I'm a member of body optimise so no group for me means i weigh in butt nekkid, first thing in the morning!! lol

    I have breakfast and a really light lunch. I stop drinking a few hours before weigh in, which is at 5.30 and then after class go home for a nice big (syn free!) meal.

    Normal eating for me!!!! WI is at 7 (because I do the weigh in, I usually weigh last - so about 7:30 really). I have a late lunch at about 4:30-5:30 with a piece of fruit and a cup of tea. I leave home at about 6:00 and walk to group.

    Although I do wait until after WI to have my coffee!!

    my weigh in is 5.30pm so i have normal breakfast and normal lunch.. and would have my last drink around 3ish..

    always have dinner when i get home.
