Went to WI tonight and have lost 5lbs this week. I can't believe it. I am feeling really good as this is 1st 2lbs in only 4 weeks. That would have taken months at WW or SW. I want to stay on it for another 3 weeks then refeed before my hols. I'm a bit concerned how much I will put on whilst I am away. Any ideas how to not go mad?????

Hi. I too am worried about my holidays, especially as I'm going with friends. In fact its all I've thought about since I started this.I am going to refeed (when I understand it all) the week before my hols and then still take shakes with me for breakfast. Hand blender in my suitcase will be strange but there you go!

Planning to eat mainly chicken and tuna salad throughout the hols and then get straight back on it.

Well done on your loss - you're doing brilliantly.

I think people mainly try to have a shake for b'fast and then try to stay as low carb as poss, but I'm not 100% sure. You're best taking advice from those who have done it and your pharmacist.

Good Luck! x

Lovely result for week 4, that must certainly make you feel like you dont want to put it any of it on again. Where are you going? If it's self catering, then I personally would try my utmost to stick to lean meats, fish and salads and non-carb veg, and yes, have a shake or two a day form breakfast/lunch wherever possible. Hope you have a lovely time.

Thanks everybody, We are self catering in Scotland, so I hope I can keep strong. I certainly won't be tempted by Haggis. lol x

Hi Nenya and great loss this week you are doing great.
I'm worried about my hol June 8th - going to Barcelona for a week but I'm going to refeed week before and try and be careful while away and do loads of sightseeing.
Hope you have a great time x :):)

Why don't you take some of the maintenance meals with you. The caramel bar is really quite nice and doesn't require a blender. The orange drink is delicious as well. The chocolate mousse is also quite nice. Wasn't too keen on the summer fruits one and haven't tried the soup.

I have been refeeding for 2 weeks because I had a couple of events and am really looking forward to getting back on TFR now on Tuesday and continuing my good work. Have found eating again full of temptations and am looking forward to not having to think about food again for a while!!!

Have a great holiday.
