Hi All

just sharing my Monday night weigh in and I was very pleased with my weigh in this week. I have managed to lose the 2.5lb I had gained last week and also take off a further 1lb. I had upped the exercise and drank more water. So I am very pleased and look forward to another week of tracking and new recipes.
I hope everyone else has had a good week, best wishes for weigh in. :D
