That is absolutely brilliant! i have my 6 week weigh in on saturday and i am resisting the urge to get on the scales i feel as though i have lost since last saturday but don't want to get on the scales incase i havn't and i give in because i think as i think every week, this is not working, even though every week i lose. On week 7 it is so satisfying to lose 7 lbs as you know its not initial water but pure fat, so feel very proud, bet your family, friends and colleagues are really noticing it now, and to get over 2 stone gone is another achievement to your ever growing list :bliss:
