It's still half-a-pound off! Well done. Don't be disheartened: go get that pack of Lurpack and imagine it spread over your body. That's what you've lost. Now how great is that?

Next week I know you'll have reached your mini-goal - and surpassed it, no doubt!

0.5lb loss bit disapointed as i had stayed on track and was hoping for my 1/2 stone.

0.5 - 1lb loss is what I do on average EVERY week- please don't get disheartened- if I had, I would have given up long ago and I wouldn't be 4.5 stone lighter!!!!

This may not be the quickest diet in the world, but it is the easiest to sustain long term weight loss.

We will all get to the destination, but some of us are on a more scenic route!!:D
