just had my 5th weigh in today,
after a disasterous aamw I managed to lose 3lbs.
First day aamw had my chicken and salad then continued to pick at everything and anything for the rest of day,
2nd day had cottage cheese and salad then pretty much same as first day.
Then threw myself out of ketosis and spent 5 days ss ing and getting back into it again.
I can`t believe I have managed to lose, and did feel bad about it all week
Anyway new week, clean slate back to 100% ss.
