First WI since the big weekend.

Was really hoping for a 7lb-er this week, to get my losses to 2st but just weighed at home and looks like I'm short :(

Oh, well - we'll see what it is exactly when I get to the chemist.
Been a TOUGH week - think it's just the fact that I'd been eating and want to carry on.

My 'friends' keep going on at me to stop - which I find hard but unlike others, who's hubbys don't want them to lose weight, mine does!! So that's keeping me going - although, sometimes I wish he was one of the 'love you as you are' men

Hope everyones having a good week x

We are all very naughty for weighing ourselves at home lol. mine are never correct so i have decided to chuck them out! Is hard when u dont have your friends full support, not many of mine no im doing it but the ones that do are very supportive. As for my OH he is one of the "i love u no matter what size u are!" but i wish sometimes he wanted me to loose it coz think it would give me more motivation.

Best of luck at your WI! fingers crossed that u will get your 7lbs! x

Very happy - -8lb loss!! Not expected, particularly after weighing myself and it just didn't feel like it.

Well done on your fab loss. Bet you were thrilled when you had prepared yourself for a lower loss. Keep it going.

    hiya,

i think it depends where you shop for your clothes hun, app every 10lb should be a dress size according to my old ww leader, tho some shops sizes are way smaller than there supposed to be a size 10 in topshop is smaller than river island, according to my sis-in-law. will take her word for it i'm way bigger.

dont be disheartened hun im sure they will drop of sooner rather than later! the first week is mostly water so i dont really count that give it another week or so and im sure u will notice a difference. i am 15lbs down and look slimmer-having loads of compliments which is great, but im not atually down in clothes sizes.

I wudnt worry about the dress sizes i didnt go down a dress size til i had nearly 30lbs gone then in a matter of two weeks i went down 2 dress sizes. It happens at different stages for everyone. It will happen thou definitely.

Oooh, I hope that happens to me!!

Had a sort through the wardrobe today and whilst I'm not a different size, I have a lot of clothes that I can now get back on or that look SOOO much better.

Nice feeling - although I know I have a long way to go.

Think I'm around the same weight I was for my wedding 4 yrs ago (not saying much, eh) but going in the right direction.
Can't wait to get another stone off - it'll be the smallest I can remember being for ages.

Annemarie - by thee way, your profile pic is fabulous - you look amazing!! x

    Ooh, well done! That's great!!

I know what you mean about the clothes sizes - it took me ages to drop a dress size, but after that they seemed to go a lot faster. TBH, I think I might have just been squidged into clothes that were too small for me before. When you're big it's tempting not to be honest about what size you actually are, right? That said, I'm sure you'll have a sudden jump where you drop a size!
