Amazing losses - it is really motivating for me to see! I see you started at about the same weight as me, being nosey, how much exercise do you do? I"m really struggling with exercise - hoping I'll find it easier as I get a bit smaller. You are an inspiration!!
i do boxercise and zumba once a week and take the dogs for their daily stroll and thats about all really, gave up on the wii it was boring. i also work in a school kitchen so am on the go no stop all morning so i dont no if that counts as exercise. hope that helps, but stick to it as its so worth it xx
