    Went for my first WI since starting Xenical a month or so ago and -6lb :(

    Yeah suppose, nurse was over moon lol she said 6 loss is really good at this stage, i wanted more tho! On a happy note she said I can eat my porridge :D

    thats a great loss hun its almost half a stone and imagine if you lost that much each month over a year it would equate to almost 6 stone! keep it up and am sure you can do it xxx

    im the same i lost 7lb in a month.
    i was feeling down till my partner told me the slower you lose the less chance of loose skin!!

    Me too. I only lost 4lbs this month. Is a bit annoying but aslong as it's coming off I'm happy. :)
