Anyone know the syns for these on a red day or should they just be avoided?? I'm sure theyre junk really. Thanks

Hi kellyhellen,

The Hog Roast and Southern Fried flavours are 4 1/2 syns on a red day and the Firecracker Chilli are 5 syns.
