Well done - that takes some doing. Enjoy spending some time with your mum.

I'm off to muck out the chickens/ducks - why oh why have I left it so long (perhaps because hubby keeps saying leave it I'll do it and surprise surprise he doesn't). Got to do it today as I'm going into hospital tomorrow to have my shoulder repaired and then its 6 weeks without doing anything like that and 3 weeks no driving!! Poor animals can't go another 6 weeks !

Hope the op goes well Setas xx

I'm on my third day off work looking after a very poorly little man who has gastric flu ( he has been so bad bless him and has lost over 2lbs in 5 days (which at 3yrs old and skinny anyway is not good!) Feeling guilty about work buyt he comes 1st.

Have been 100% all wekk though and hoping for my stone and a half tonight at WI!

Have a good day all xx

@Sasha -- Well done on staying 100%. It is so hard as food is such a part of celebrations.

@Setas -- Good luck with Op and recovery. And, bless you for thinking of those poor critters.

@ Laura -- I hope your LO is better soon. And good luch with the weigh in. Fingers are crossed for that stone and half mark!

I am fine. I am still hanging in here with the slow steady losses and working the Beck book.

I am getting ready for my trip to States (April 12-23), both organisationally and mentally (diet prep, planning, etc.). I had thought I'd be at goal and maintaining when I booked this trip, but alas it is not to be.

I am closer to goal than I was, and I will work to get there once I am back in the UK. Whilst I am away, I will do my best to have a STS -- and be thrilled if there is a loss. And, if there is a gain then it'll have to be a Beck "Oh Well" and I'll move on.

But, I am making another ARC (Advantages Response Card) to add to my collection (that I read at least 2 times a day) -- this card will remind me of how long it has taken me to lose the weight this time, and how just a few extra calories a day can add up fast. I hope it'll help.

Here is to a good day for us all.
