wii fit?

i am thinkin of saving up for a wii. if i just really want to use on for exercise what would i need to buy? are they worth it?x

have wii fit and yes its good...but.....
your shape is amazing!!!!!! highly recommend it,proper workouts,burning calories it really is fantastic!

If you get a Wii and a Wii fit, you get the exercise board and the first game with it, which has aerobics, yoga, muscle building etc on it. I try to use mine twice a week. A Wii generally comes with the consol and a handset, or it did when I got mine

you can often get bundles to include the wii, board and wii fit game. I went to gamestation, wii was preowned, but the game and board were new, was £150. Wii fit is fun, but I'd recommend Biggest Loser USA, really good varietyof intensty, and there are lots of training plans, challenges and workouts. That cost me £10 in ASDA

Also recommend the Reebok easytones - GOD my calves were killing me. Didn't think it was toning my ass but then had a massage and could really feel the pain. TMI, I know, but boy they're good. Wore them for a walk every two or three days, no pain the next day, but can see the difference in my calves already - were like rugby players, now have a bit of shape! HTH
