Wii Fit...

hoo good question, i never thought to use my wii, going to start now.
I have ordered one, which should be here on friday :D

For those of you with Wii Fits, do you feel that it does help with your weightloss? And are there any games that you can recommend that are fun!

Exercise bores me, I want something fun to do!!!
I have had mine for a year now and used it a handful of times 2bh

The basic wii fit game isnt very good, its good to start u off or for fun when you have friends around but the Wii Active is a lot better for excercise. You get resistance bands etc with it to help you too

I love my WiFit & use it quite a lot, I do the jogging, step, yoga.

I'm sure it must help with weight loss as you're doing exercise which you wouldn't normally have done.

Have fun, try the games out whatever you do you're exercising, you don't just need to do the jog or step etc for it to be exercise.

We've also got the dance mat which is brill especially if you've got a friend to do it with:D

I do the super hula hoop but my fave is free step which is like a step class, but you can change channel and watch your fave programmes on telly while you do it. The remote talks to you so you get positive comments and clicks to keep you in time with the steps, also tells you how many steps you've done and counts down your time depending on what you have set.It's great coz you forget you're exercising! There is free jog as well which works the same except you jog on the spot. You can challenge yourself more with these by holding a tin of food in each hand to get a better work out!
