wii fit


Trying again!!!
The hula-hooping is great! You can definately feel it the next day. I also love the stepping, jogging and boxing. It's great that you can do it the privacy of your own living room. Have tried the yoga but I found it difficult but going to give it another bash! Enjoy!

Love the yoga & the cardio sections, do the muscle workouts because I know I need to...the balance section is fun with friends or family, but don'yt think there are actually any benefits to that.

Also, when you've got used to this...there is the wii fitness trainer...it's much harder, but a really good challenge when you've got used to the wii fit.
