WII WEIGHT CHECKS?

    Diet:
    skinny fibre ,
    does anybody else find theese are off?

    i weigh less if i weigh myself at night and my normal scales are diffrent to the ones on the balance board

    xenical Orlistat, low-fat diet
    with the wii you need to have the leg extensions if you have it on the carpet.....when I was using the wii it told me I was 17.5 stone then when I jumped on scales I was actually a stone heavier, I was devastated and the fact was the wii was wrong :(
    so personally don't rely on the wii for your weight.....buy a pair of scales hun and leave then on a solid floor I have mine in the kitchen as it makes me aware of weight and food in the same room :):)

    okay i get what you mean i put the leg extensions on and it told me i was 113 instead of my actual 119 i wish the 113 was right but i know i have not lost 5 kg over night

    Just get proper scales Hun, as you need to know true weight :)
