Bump- went to the gym for 20 mins today - and cooked dinner

Bump! Turned down a cupcake and a mini burger in school.

Opted for vodka instead of wine tonight and cooked dinner instead of takeaway!

Just back from a night out, diet coke for drinks no buffet or delicious cupcakes still had a fabulous night too

Last couple times iv been out in town after a night out I haven't had any fast food! Even though I had to sit in there n watch my mates eat it !

They r nice, iv bought them before I started ww, my oh has opened them and everytime u open the fridge the smell hits you! I will resist, there really high pointed!

my colleague brought in a cake, shes trying to diet herself, and knows I am..... so why she brought a whole cake for 2 people i'm not sure... Anyways I resisted and had a light babybel as a snack instead... go me

I had to pop into the shop on my home after the gym and I walked past the Haribo family bags on offer (Milkshakes... :drool and bought myself a clementine instead.

Was really bad on weigh in day, pretty much ate everything that was put in front of me and put on 5lbs lol.... lesson well learned =P
