    Hi Kerry,
I have been talking a lot about keeping motivated over the past few days, ice moose (Mike scott) who lost a ton of weight on CD has a great website with lot's of motivational ponderings on it.
For me, it is not one thing that is keeping me motivated, I have been there done that and like you put the weight back on after the motivation ahd gone.
This time I have a lot of life changes going and and for the first time ever have decided to step up to the mark and stop hiding behind my flab and find the real me!.
Good luck with your journey, at least you know it does work!

    Hi ya

my councillor is Jo Scott, Mike's wife, they are both inspirational!

    try his blog mycambridgelife.co.uk
its really good, plus he has another site that he posts letters and thoughts on every week, really positive reading.

In a way though, its only you that can make the change to your life, you are in control of you - no one else, and your success hinges on you be comfortable with that.

You have to make the decision to what is right for you, and go for it full pelt.

i have been on SS for 4 weeks, my weigh in tonight, and crikey its hard, specially at family food gatherings, but i just take one day at a time, and keep asking how much do i want this? enough not to eat? - damn right!

keep your chin up, be positive about everything in your life - and enjoy it.

    Tracy x
