Hello all!!
For those who remember me im back and ready to get rest of this weight off.
I had a few months in which ive been on and off SW.
I still have lost over 5 stone but still have a long way to go.
For the last 4 months ive only been doing red days and have been losing alot more.
Due to money and the price of meat now a days ive going to do just green days but for some reason im a little concerned that ill either gain in first weeks cos ive not been eating any carbs as in pasta , potatos, rice etc
What do people think?
