willdoitthistime simply filling food diary

hello,

i started weight watchers for the first time this weekend and determined to lose weight this time and keep it off.

i think i need to write a diary to keep me on track i am going to try to do more days of simply filling than propoints but we will see what happens

i would like to lose 50lbs hopefully by this christmas, which i think is doable roughly 1lb a week.

so here we go for

day 1

breakfast
2 poached egg with 2 wholemeal weight watchers bread

had no time for lunch

dinner
chicken,veg, gravy and 1 yorkshire (2pp)

snacks
5 crabsticks

one day done and not hungry at all

day 2

breakfast
porridge with skimmed milk

lunch
jacket potato with beans and salad

dinner will be
mince 3pp
pepper red/green
spices
passata
kidney beans
served with brown rice

does everybody eat all of their weeklies not sure weather to or not if im not hungry i would be eating just to use up my points. will effect my weight loss

snacks
grapes
tunnocks tea cake 3pp

Hey there, looks like you're making a good start!
I tend to use my weeklies on a weekend esp if I'm going out. Otherwise I use a couple throughout the week if I fancy something but If I've got lots left by the end of the week I don't use them for the sake of it.
