Well I'm heading off early in the morning for a loooong full 5 days at Glastonbury!
I'm a bit apprehensive, but nowhere near as bad as I thought I'd be. One of the problems is that the weather is going to be horrific. It would be SO much easier if it was sunny. I had visions of skipping around the site in my fabulous new teeny denim skirts (perfect thigh update: 20.5"and really toned!...not long now til the 19" 'perfect' number reached
), and know that if I could wear my all new fabulous festival wardrobe I would feel so much happier not drinking/eating. The sun is shining, I'm so happy, I love my friends, I love my thighs
, nothing can stop me now etc etc...
Instead the likelihood is I'll be in my waterproofs and floor length poncho!!!!
Hmmm... It's really tough when the weather is bad at Glastonbury. Drinking through it is usually the only way! So, I guess I know that there are some major challenges ahead and at least I'm ready for them.
I'm in the 13's now and really flying towards goal. The last few weeks particularly have been relatively slow losses but the gym work is totally paying off. The inches I've lost are just more incredible than I could ever have hoped for and I look SO GOOD! (no modesty required
) I do not and will not jeopardise where I am right now by falling off the wagon!
Ooh but it's tough! I love Glasto. Regardless of the weather, I'm definitely going to have the most interesting Glasto yet - totally sober! No idea what delights I will uncover around the site.
Wish me luck mini's. The foodbacks are in a little waterproof bag in my backpack and are ready for the off!
