Good luck babe, I'm sure you'll be fine and be back on here telling us the good news - that you are no longer obese!!! I remember how excited I was when my BMI went below 30, I was sooooooo hyped!

Yumy Mumy - how tall are you ? our starting weights and goals seem roughly the same but I have been told that I will look too thin if I get down to 9stone something - I'm 5ft 7
