Hi everyone

Well ive been for my W1 weigh in, its a bit early as only been doing it for 5 full days, im on day 6 now and ive lost 7lbs - woop woop.

Im very very happy :D. I did also get some bars and I tried to have a coconut one and OMG i was heaving, no way I can eat that I just hope the peanut one is better otherwise its gonna be shakes all the way.

Loving LT at the moment, roll on the next wk.

Oh Blondie.....sorry, I laughed when I read about your flapjack...naughty me!! Ony because I am going to get a cocunut one tomorrow to try..ahahah...mmmmm..will I chicken out!!!!! I might just do.

I tried the peanut one and it was awful, but I figured with it being my first week, and my palate changing I might like them.

Oh, I am going to give them another go...so will let you know ;-)

Great weight loss by the way!! Go girl...you are running...have a super week.

Thanks everyone, Im happy about it and im finally in the 14st now, been a long time since ive been there, well about 5 yrs to be honest - lol.

So here goes another wk and I wanna aim to try and get near to the stone mark if I can, im hoping to hit a stone in wk3.

Congrats on the loss; fantastic in that short period of time!! Have to say, I'm really not convinced by the bars, but, I reckon I'll give them another go in a few weeks as my expectations might have changed as I forget what food tastes like, heh. Good luck with the peanut one ;-)
