WK 1 weight in

Been to my new chemists and got weight

only lost 2lbs......however not down because.....

1. TOTM started on day 3
2. Blew it big time on Saturday
3. New chemist, new scales
4. went a day early

So new week, new opportunity.
the chemists was a lovely lady who has done it herself in the past.

I away now for the next 2 days in London, so lets see how i go......i find it easier when i'm away as i'm busier, its only the driving there and back that bothers me.

thanks all for your support and the kick up the bum on sunday..it was needed
