Well I had my weigh in early as it is day 5 for me, but I always go into town on a Fri morning and the full week would be monday morn, I don't want to have to go in to town on another day.:sigh:
I was expecting a low loss as it hasn't been very long, but I have lost 5lbs already so very happy with that.
