Wk 8 WI

Well after WI tonight my CDC said that this week will be my last on SS+ (next week is AAM after WI) as I need to start moving up through the stages. Have lost another 4 lbs this week so that's 32 in total after 8 weeks - have to say that I've been surprised how the time has flown by
