    Well i have lost 6lbs this week which i am happy with as it being totm too!!

    Thank you, but i am suffering today not feeling too good cos of my cramps and had to force a bar down me but struggling to get the soups down :-( it was like it yesterday too and i only managed 1 bar, i dont want to force myself too much with the soups as i will make myself sick and then i wont want to drink the soups ever again

    Hi all, i'm new to exante, wk 1 weigh-in today, lost 7lbs :)
    This is absolutely amazing for me as I have an underactive thyroid (on thyroxine for about 5 years after gaining 3 stone in 6 months) and have never lost more than 3lbs in a week on any other diet no matter how strict I've been.
    I've been reading lots of threads on here and want to thank you all for the advice and inspirational comments.
