Hi all,

Been a while since I've posted my first post, but I am so chuffed with myself i thought I had to share the good news.

Today two fab things have happened, I've signed up for Race for Life and Sport Relief 3 mile event AND have had my 17th weigh in and I have cracked the 4 stone mark I am so pleased!!!!!

I had a couple of rough weeks, (1/2 lb and 3/4lb) last week I pulled a 4lb loss and this week 3 1/2lb :p

I am just so pleased that I have stuck to Lipotrim.

I hope that everyone else can get as much joy out of losing weight as i do :)

Well done on reaching a great milestone. Good for you and keep it up. Some weeks will be better than others but it all balances out.

That's fantastic. Just to think of losing 4 stone - and how different you must feel.

Also, the race thing - fair play. That's something i'd love to end up doing.

I was seriously struggling today until I came on here and read these stories. Gives me a bit of motivation back.
