so lost 3lbs in the first week and stayed the same this week - gutted as have been really good...and even did a 10k run yesterday!!! running my 2nd 1/2 marathon on Sunday - so hopefully will have a good loss next week :)

You may be retaining more fluid if you have upped your exercise. You may benefit more from doing monthly measurements for a while xx
 
My weekly weight loss never reflects how good I've been. Try to look at the bigger picture, say over a month, and it all evens out.

Totally agree, i put on 2.5lbs on my second week WI but that was my * star week. I tend to guage weight loss in 4 week stretches.
 
My old consultant used to tell us that exercising the day before WI would negatively affect what we saw, so I'd agree with Brightonrosie & go for measurements while you're training so hard.
