so lost 3lbs in the first week and stayed the same this week - gutted as have been really good...and even did a 10k run yesterday!!! running my 2nd 1/2 marathon on Sunday - so hopefully will have a good loss next week
My old consultant used to tell us that exercising the day before WI would negatively affect what we saw, so I'd agree with Brightonrosie & go for measurements while you're training so hard.
