    Hi all

I was away with hubby for the weekend and due to the long haul driving and early starts and long days we both took the decision to come off CD for the weekend. I was as sensible as possible foodwise and didnt really expect to see a loss this week, would have been happy STS.

Got weighed at 11am and have lost 2 1/2lbs :) proper pleased with that. Back on CD today and have decided to jump up to SS+ as i find it helps with the dizzy spells and difficulties concentrating.

Roll on next weigh in :)
