but it was a contributing factor..... she didnt just "decide" to be anorexic, her going to weight watchers meetings and the incentive of being a gold memeber once you got to goal influenced her decision to eat no point food to get there quicker which then got out of control.
 
That rissotto reallly sounds nice actually, i have some of that rice banging around in the cupboard somewhere so i think i will try one of the ww meal ones i already have (but have bee to scared to try) and then if i like try your recipe!
Your getting a slap on the wrist from me as i want to keep you on track as much as i can with the non bingeing as i know its really hard, i am fighting the erge atm.
Treat yourself to a chocolate bar or something when you get in from work, that would bump your points up or just have normal bread not ww bread :)

We're both seafood fans and easten food so im trying to find a restaurant with a combination of the two ...yummy!

Not really no, youre only supposed to count so many a week, you can offset a certain amount against your daily points or if you dont want to you dont have to.

yeah i know... its work as im literally running around so much im sweating and panting. thankfully a normal day is not like that!
 
and yes im using the correct formula i checked with my friends anwer who uses ww online.
