Cant taste or smell anything so my apetite has been zero! and my throat hurts so bad i cant eat anything with out wanting to cry. so i've been eating sugar free jelly all day yum

so far:
Breakfast:jelly 0pts

snack: lots of jelly 0pts.

Dinner:some kid of mince concoction 13pts

sure no probs. As of tomorrow im starting a more healthy diet as my veg/fibre/fruit intake is pants and my skin is showing it :( so as of tomorrow it'll be more healthy. xx
