Green Days Woke up ravenous!

Will need to be on guard today- have woken up so hungry! Have had some hash browns that crumbled in the pan so added 2 eggs to make ...well I don't know what I would call it! Egg hash maybe! Have some bits in fridge that should help- soup and quiche, all 100% and syn free.
Anyone else have these hungry days!?

Me too, lying in bed now thinking about what to have, I think this morning it will be 2 x Quorn sausages, 2 x eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes......keep me going for a few hours ;-)

Hehe is funny! I know exactly what I will be eating today and at what times! Weather crappy so am stuck in with children all day and will have to resist their snacks and leftovers! :) good luck to all who have got the munchies lol

I've been soooooooooooo hungry this week and def eaten more (not over syns) but so much free food - i wonder if its the weather (im cold!!!). Oh well, eaten more (dont do hungry) so even if i only loose 0.5lb thats ok with me!
