well just had my last shake of the day and was ready for being sick tried the vailla as a mousse nasty. so heres to day four haaaaaaa

Congrats on day 3 complete. I have not tried the shakes as mousses yet, however I can't stomach the soup even the smell makes me gag now!!! Keep going and keep us updated on weigh in day xxxx

I tried the vanilla shake hot as a 'vanilla steamer' with a pinch of cinnamon and a sweetex, very nice it was too
