Seriously though, you're doing great and the first week of trying to resist temptations is definately the hardest. You'll soon feel you don't want anything bad, as the weight drops off and you're feeling good, you won't want to ruin it. And remember only a couple of weeks to go and it's AAM, which I was told was Add A Meal...more like Add A Morsel It's great though, although cottage cheese and a lettuce leaf isn't quite as appealing as the forbidden pizza:sigh:
