Well done. That's an average of 5lbs a week - so what a boost to your weight loss journey. wouldn't lose that on WW would you!!! Stay inspired, its worth it.
Thank you all so much for your words of encouragement. Only advice is keep taking the water, and it your scales say different to your counsellor, ignore them, don;'t use it as an excuse to break the diet!
