I've just ridden my bike...for about half a mile! Not far I know....but for me it was! I am so loving the things I am doing that I never even did last time I was this size....over 10 years ago.....

I'm desperate to get back on my bike, but I'm too bloody clumsy to risk it without a helmet. Really need to save up for a decent one!

Did you have fun?? Lovely day for a ride!! I took the hounds out for a walk in the sunshine

Lol...well......because I am so wobbly and nervous...I went in the dark ha ha so noone could see me! I really could do with a helmet too I suppose....it feels rather silly...but not as silly as a broken skull I'm sure!

I didn't get to enjoy the sunshine much as was working but hope you enjoyed your walk

i love my bike - i dont love saddle bruising on my bum as much, but apparently you get used to it!!!!
