I LOVE THIS DIET!!!

Day 3, I am in ketosis, I feel fab, and I went to see my CDC this morning (originally planned to start last weds so this would have been weigh in after first week).

Anyway...and I cant believe I am typing this...he made me get on the scales, and I have lost....

Thanks all. Have to so I dont quite believe it myself!!! In fact made the CDC look at the scales for me because I couldnt.

But then pre-diet I worked out I was consuming probably 4000cals a day plus!!! So dropping down to 500cals odd is going to have a dramatic effect on me really!!!! Plus I was living on carbs - Pizza mainly - so reckon i had a pretty big carb store thats been washed out since monday.

I feel absolutely blooming marvellous, and I am the worlds worst dieter, so if I can do it... lol
