Working nights and caluclating syns

Just a quick one I’m working nights tonight so if I have what ever of my SW syns before midnight tonight and have my break at work at around 3am in the morning do I count them as today’s syns or tomorrow’s ?

Depends how you want to work it. Do you want to count them as todays or tomorrows?
I would count them as tomorrows.

When I worked nights I counted syns between periods of sleep so if I finished at 8 would sleep until about 4 and then if I was on another night my syns would be until I went to bed next x

Seems simple... I’m now on night until Thursday so I’ll count those as today and once I’ve been home and slept I’ll start again!
