Hi guys
Please can somewhen explain what you do when you only have the nutritional values per item and don't know how many grams it is? For example I am trying to work out a hot chocolate at costa coffee but don't know how many grams it is! Hope this makes sense but it seems you can't just work out for a serving only per 100g?
