    Hi again!!

I do not go to meetings, and didnt buy the big book with all the brands of foods to work out the syn values.

There must be a way you can calculate the value of food by the info on the packaging? is there a certain site I can go on.

Does anybody know the formula to work it out??:thinking2:

    Thanks
    L x
