How could anyone eat that much? Even when I was at my heaviest I wasn't consuming more than 2,700, if that.
I don't really think his diet tips are going be anymore useful than any other diet book out there (eat less, move more.) I suppose the only aspect he could help dieters with is the emotional side of being extremely obese and the consequences that can have on someone's state of mind.
At least he's trying to change and loose weight and I think that takes a lot of courage. Let's face it, most people near his weight (or even half his weight) think they're lost cases and I think he's trying to show that if he can get better, anyone can.
90 stone at his heaviest thats the most dangerous thing ive heard &&& anyone knows that the bigger a person is the faster weight comes off so 20 stone loss from 90 will be pretty easy if you stop eating that many cals.... no tips needed & not from him anyway.
